  This place is great, I was waiting for my table at The Biscuit and stopped in for a beer flight while waiting. They had a great selection of beers on tap, as well as bloody mary's and mimosas. The owner is very friendly, and did a great job renovating the inside.
  
  My suggestion would be for The Biscuit to work something out with Brew Merchant to notify people of when their table will be ready. The Biscuit could take down a phone number and text 5 minutes prior.
  
  I will definitely visit again when in town next.
